This traditional property known as a Cascina overlooks Lake Maggiore in the municipality of Arona in the province of Novara. Firstly there is the barn, of which 109 sq. meters have been renovated. On the first floor a living area of 48 sq. meters. It has been designed to house a living room with a dining area, and an open plan kitchen. From the hallway it is intended to accommodate the bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet facilities and a washing machine drain. At the far end is a room to be furnished as a bedroom.

On the ground floor in the porch area of ​​21 sq. metres. a professional wood-fired oven was built, flanked by a woodshed with beech and olive wood. Below is a 25 sq. metre indoor space. which when totally renovated, can be used as a wine cellar or whatever else the buyer might imagine.

La Cascina or "Casa Padronale", is spread over three levels: the family room on the lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. The family room (68 sq. metres) houses the wine cellar, complete with a fridge freezer and larder. Large windows overlook the garden below.

On the ground floor (79 sq. metres) is an attractive kitchen, a large fireplace is on the wall that separates the kitchen from the living room, and around which run the wooden stairs that lead to the upper floor. The living room, intimate and comfortable, also houses a delightful fireplace.

The upper floor, with its 86 sq. meters. houses four bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the windows of each is an enchanting panoramic view over the garden and onto the lake.

Finally, the porch sympathetically designed to give back a patina of antiquity to the roof tiles, the same ones that constituted part of the construction dating from the 1600's. The same impression is given by the floor tiles, also taken from the ceiling and floor of that building.
