Villa with lake access and dock Bellagio Lombardy for sale

The actual swimming pool located in the solarium on the lake was built without all the correct planning permissions and for this reason the owner sells the property without reference to the swimming pool (an Architect has been instructed to resolve this problem but currently there is no guarantee of this)

An alarm system is present in the main villa. The area on the lake which houses the boat dock is leased from the State.
