The location of the villa is one of the most exclusive on Lake Como, with excellent sun exposure as well as a beautiful view of the lake, with the center of Bellagio only 1.5 km away.
The actual swimming pool located in the solarium on the lake was built without all the correct planning permissions and for this reason the owner sells the property without reference to the swimming pool (an Architect has been instructed to resolve this problem but currently there is no guarantee of this)
An alarm system is present in the main villa. The area on the lake which houses the boat dock is leased from the State.
