The Villa, built directly on the lakeside in the ‘60s in Solcio Lesa, is situated on the western shore of Lake Maggiore, rich in vegetation, on land of about 1,270 sq. metres. The project is the result of the work of three well-known architects with offices in Milan: Belgiojoso, Peressutti and Rogers.
The building is on two intersecting squares from which emerge triangular terraces.

The first floor consists of the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a bedroom, terrace, lobby, another bedroom and bathroom. The floorings are of glazed terracotta, with large hand-made tiles made by master craftsmen from Tuscany, on which a translucent glaze has been spread. There is also a solid oak staircase with wooden steps.
The spectacular location looking straight onto the lake, the panoramic view with spectacular lake scenery in a 180 degree radius, the architectural characteristics, the flat garden and the small beach washed by the lake water, create a special atmosphere and make this home unique.
