Period lakeside villas which have been well divided into apartments are not common on Lake Como. Apartment Larius is a first floor apartment in this 19th century period villa which was converted from a hotel around 10 years ago.
The first floor corner apartment, Apartment Larius, has dual aspect lake views and large floor to ceiling windows maximising the view. Currently laid out as a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with large living dining room and separate kitchen. It would be possible to create a third bedroom by moving the kitchen.

The ferry stop is also within walking distance providing easy access around the lake.
Carate Urio is a 60 minute drive from Milan Malpensa, and just a 10 minute drive from Como city.
