An opportunity to purchase one of six new apartments in a sought after location just 5 minutes by car from the famous resort of Bellagio.

Como is 30min drive away and Milan is just over one hour away.

The prices for the flats are €175-180k for the two ground floor flats with no basement (apt 2 and 3), €200-210k for the ground floor flat with basement (apt 1a) and €230-240k for the first floor flats.
