Villa Daphne is located between Stresa and Belgirate on a plot of 4,000 sq. metres overlooking Lake Maggiore. Built in 1935 and refurbished in 2008, the total surface area, including two garages, is 1,000 square metres on four floors.

The flooring of the hallways and corridors on the first floor, and of the living room, dining room, and study are all in inlaid marble with five different types of quality marble: Red Verona, Carrara white, yellow Siena, Emperor brown, green Guatemala. The skirting is also made up of marble, continuing the theme of the Greek marble floor.
